FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to UV-spectrometric analysis of gaseous compounds. Device (20) includes measuring channel (5) to contain a probe gas flow, opening (16) transparent for UV radiation and located on the first end (5a) of measuring channel (5), UV radiation generating source (11), which is arranged to emit radiation through opening (16) inside measuring channel (5), and spectrograph (3) for measurement of UV radiation on the second opposite end (5b) of measuring channel (5). Spectrograph (3) is provided with hole (12), with that, the second end (5b) of measuring channel (5) is open in the direction of spectrograph (3) so that the inner part of spectrograph (3) and measuring channel (5) are connected through the above hole (12). Spectrograph (3) is filled with protective gas that can flow through the above hole (12) and inside measuring channel (5).
EFFECT: invention simplifies arrangement of an outlet opening.
