FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing Linoiodol is implemented by oleic acid etherification with ethanol in the presence of concentrated sulphuric acid, recovery of the produced ethers, washing thereof to neutral reaction, drying with calcinated sodium sulphate, fracture separation in vacuum at temperature 185-205°C and iodination with hydrogen iodide in the argon medium to produce an end product. The oleate iodination process involves using hydrogen iodide by adding an equimolar amount of trimethylchlorosilane to sodium iodide cooled to 0°C in acetonitrile while stirring for 20 min. Produced trimethyliodosilane is added with an equimolar amount of water and oleates simultaneously and stirred for 24 hours; the reaction mass is diluted with a hundredfold amount of water; the end product is purified and recovered with petroleum spirit.
EFFECT: higher yield of Linoiodol substance and production of a storage-stable dosage form.
