FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: hot rolling, cold rolling, decarburising and recrystallisation annealing, straightening annealing, application of dielectric magnetic active coating based on nitride-oxide compositions with coefficient of thermal expansion below than the same of steel by ion-plasma deposition with holding for 10-5 minutes at 20-50°C, additional annealing in oxidising environment by heating to 300-600°C with rate 30-50°C/minute in variable magnetic field with intensity 1-5 kA/m, 30-100 kHz, directed along axis of the tape rolling, isothermal treatment for 20-5 minutes and cooling to room temperature in variable magnetic field with rate 50-200°C/minutes, and laser treatment of the moving tape across the tape axis with spot length 0.2 mm in the rolling direction, acting on the full width of tape with interval between zones 2-10 mm are performed.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of steel, reduced magnetic losses.
