LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF PSEUDO-ENCAPSULATED BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS BASED ON OIL-AND-FAT INDUSTRY WASTES Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A23P1/04

Abstract RU 2558446 C1

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: line for production of pseudo-encapsulated biological preparations based on oil-and-fat industry wastes includes 3 sections; the first section includes a bin for storage of expression cakes (such as sunflower or rape extraction cake) and a bin for storage of press cakes (such as sunflower or rape press cake) with rotor dosers positioned in the bins lower parts, an expander with a water jacket equipped with a head for milling expandate, a sieving machine, a batch-type pan granulator equipped with a system of nozzles for multistage supply of liquid components; extraction cake (such as sunflower or rape extraction cake) and press cake (such as sunflower or rape press cake) is delivered into the expander with a water jacket equipped with a head for milling expandate; then the milled mixture is supplied into the sieving machine; downstream the latter the coarse fraction is supplied for additional milling into the expandate milling head while the medium and the fine fractions are supplied into the charging funnel of the batch-type pan granulator; the second section contains a vessel with a water jacket for storage of oil-and-fat industry wastes (such as sludge or soapstock or desodorisation cuts), a bin for storage of enzymes, probiotics and vitamins with rotor dosers positioned in the bins lower parts, a vessel equipped with a blade stirrer and a water jacket, with the charging funnel of the batch-type pan granulator equipped with a system of nozzles for multistage supply of liquid components; within the said section of the line oil-and-fat industry wastes such as sludge or soapstock or desodorisation cuts are mixed with enzymes, probiotics and vitamins in the vessel equipped with a blade stirrer and a water jacket; the mixed product is delivered into the charging funnel of the batch-type pan granulator; the third section of the line includes a bin for storage of husks, a miller, the charging funnel of the batch-type pan granulator equipped with a system of nozzles for multistage supply of liquid components; within the said section, husks are supplied into the miller; then milled husks are supplied into the charging funnel of the batch-type pan granulator equipped with a system of nozzles for multistage supply of liquid components where the products mixing and pseudo-encapsulation occur; the produced biological preparation is delivered for packaging; the line operated in a closed cycle mode; water is supplied by the pump for its cooling into the expander water jacket where, cooling the expander, it is heated to 80°C and is supplied by the pump into the water jacket of the vessel with oil-and-fat industry wastes for reduction of their viscosity due to water losing heat at the outlet from the vessel with oil-and-fat industry wastes; water is cooled to 50°C and supplied into the water jacket of the vessel equipped with a blade stirrer for mixing oil-and-fat industry wastes such as sludge or soapstock or desodorisation cuts are mixed with enzymes, probiotics and vitamins; there water is cooled, due to heat loss, to 25°C and is repeatedly delivered by the pump into the expander where water is reheated to 80°C in a closed cycle mode.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce high quality biological preparations balanced in terms of composition, to ensure a high degree of biological safety of the biological preparations, to impart a therapeutic-and-preventive effect to fodders; additional techniques allow to implement the line as an energy-saving and environmentally safe one and to expand the range of biological preparations manufactured.
