FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed mill industry and may be used for production of feed for fish, prawns, etc. Proposed line comprises bin for keeping pulse raw stock, bin for keeping mix of protein-vitamin admixtures, premixes and chalk, bin for keeping oily raw stock with rotary dispensers arranged at their bottom. Besides, said line comprises bin to store wastes of fat-and-oil industry, bins to store vegetable oil with rotary dispensers, bins to keep mineral stock with rotary dispensers and bin to keep wastes with rotary dispenser at its bottom. Besides, it includes, mincer, mixer, container for mixing oil-and-fat components equipped with blade mixer. Downstream, it comprises extruder for oil separation. Downstream of extruder arranged is apparatus for applying oil-and-fat components with injectors via which extruded product granules flow into plate granulator for application of mineral stock, band drier, dispensing and packing apparatus, electric heater and fan. Note here that pulse bin and that to keep protein-vitamin admixtures, premixes and chalk, are communicated via rotary dispensers with mixer and extruder. Oily products bin is communicated with extruder for oil separation communicated, in its turn, with belt mixer and mincer. Bin to store wastes of fat-and-oil industry and that keeping vegetable oil are communicated via rotary dispensers with bin with blade mixer and, further, with extruder and apparatus for application of oil-and-fat components. Bins for keeping mineral raw stock are communicated via rotary dispensers with plate granulator, belt drier communicated in its turn with dispensing and packing apparatus and bin for wastes with rotary dispense at its bottom. Line is operated with recycled air heated by electric heater and blown by fan arranged ahead of bins for wastes of oil-and-fat industry and bind for keeping vegetable oil.
EFFECT: expanded range of feed, higher quality and increased storage term.
