FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopaedic and surgical dentistry, and is intended for holding of medical substance and creation of depot for its continuous supply on postoperative wound. 3-4 mm deep retention points are formed in immediate-prosthesis, with interval 4 mm between them by means of spherical cutters with diameter 2 mm. Operation is carried out. Medication is introduced into retention points with the following application of prosthesis on post operational field. Medication is introduced into retention points after food intake.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to control medication introduction as it is washed out, diluted with oral liquid and absorbed by wound surface due to retention of medical substance and creation of depot for its continuous supply on post operational wound, and ensures faster healing of wound surface.
