SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an immediate prosthesis for the rehabilitation of patients with secondary adentia after surgical extraction of teeth. The prosthesis consists of a plate base, artificial teeth and a hollow reservoir for the drug inside the base of the immediate prosthesis, the surface of which corresponds to the inner surface of the base, facing the postoperative area when the prosthesis is placed in the oral cavity. The reservoir has holes with a diameter of 1 mm, located at a distance of 1 mm from each other, for discharging the drug onto the wound surface and one hole with a diameter of 2 mm for introducing a drug or antiseptic solution into the reservoir with the possibility of its hygienic treatment. The surface of the immediate prosthesis in the area of the wound surface is made concave with the possibility of reducing the compression of the postoperative area and creating space for the release of the drug from the reservoir, and the basis of the plate prosthesis. The artificial teeth and reservoir are made by additive manufacturing.

EFFECT: accelerated rehabilitation of patients with secondary adentia after surgical extraction of teeth and creation of favorable conditions for wound healing.
