FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, orthopaedics, non-surgical treatment of the patient's locomotorium, namely aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (F) by the realisation of a complex of procedures. The patient takes respective medications, a biologically active additive - organomineral complex "Chentsai" in accordance with prescription, observes an orthopaedic regimen in the form of minimisation of axial loading on hip joints, for which purpose the patient moves on two crutches and excludes carrying heavy things. Periosteal and meridian massage, functional trainings of the hip joint (HJ) muscles are performed by the patient, who fulfils coordinated movements of adductors, internal rotators, abductors, aimed at the increase of the F head mobility in the acetabulum, in the sitting, standing and lying position. Sessions of the percutaneous introduction of microelements, stimulating bone regeneration, are carried out by the applications of deer antlers powder and applications of mixtures of medicinal plants in accordance with i.3 of the formula, excluding habituation by the alternation of the said mixtures, applications are performed in the zone of a bone defect on meridians of the stomach, liver, bile and urinary bladder, kidneys and spleen. The applications are performed by a thermal physiotherapeutic impact on a respective part of the body with the emergence of interferential electric current, a sequence of pulses in the frequency range of 0.01-10 kHz with the amplitude of 1-20 V is supplied through apparatus electrodes. The sequences differ in the amplitude, pulse width and repetition rate. Intensity of current between the electrodes is supported equal to 1.0-1.1 mA, power is 5-10 W, with supporting the temperature of heating in the place of installation of the electrodes of 37-38°C. Duration of the session of introduction of microelements is 20-40 min, daily not fewer than 2 times per day with the interval of 3.5-5.5 h, 180-500 sessions per a course, 4-16 courses, with a 1-2 week interval between the courses.
EFFECT: inventions ensure the improvement of the F head structure, recovery of functions of the HJ in a non-invasive way.
