FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treatment of femoral head avascular necrosis (FHAN) at stage 2 according to ARCO. Subchondral decompression tunnelling of femoral head is performed with the help of cannulated drill with diameter of 6.5 mm to subchondral region under EOC control. Further, 4-6 mm of autologous stromal cells with platelet-rich plasma are introduced.
EFFECT: method provides effective and low-traumatic treatment of ARCO stage 2 FHAN, fast elimination of pain syndrome, improved vascularization of necrosis area and elimination of progression of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of hip joint by reducing intraosseous pressure, which enables to restore microcirculation processes, eliminates hypoxia of cartilage tissue, as well as introduction of an optimal number of stromal cells with platelet-rich plasma.
