SUBSTANCE: information-analytical system includes an antenna post located on the coast and connected via digital communication channels to a program-analytical centre which performs digital processing. The antenna post is in the form of a navigation radar station capable of operating in two modes: pulse modulation mode through a magnetron or solid-state transmitter, depending on the range of the monitored area, and phase-shift keyed mode through a solid-state transmitter. The navigation radar station is configured to perform continuous circular or sector scanning of the surface environment, automatically capture and track detected targets; primary location information and control inputs of the navigation radar station are the ports of the digital communication channels; the program-analytical centre is connected to a control centre and location information consumers.
EFFECT: providing environmentally friendly monitoring and early detection of emergency situations associated with oil spills.
