SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to method of treating blood flow impairment in brain. For this purpose effective quantity of isolated population of cells, which includes human adhesive placental cells, representing CD10+, CD34-, CD105+ and CD200+, where at least 70% of said placental cells in said cell population are not mother cells by origin, is introduced to said individual.

EFFECT: application of claimed method demonstrates safety and efficiency of intravenous introduction of isolated placental cells with phenotype CD10+, CD34-, CD105+ and CD200+ for treatment of symptoms, associated with impairment of brain blood flow.
