FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to methods for suppression of tumor cell proliferation. A method for suppression of tumor cell proliferation includes contact of tumor cells with cells of human placental perfusate, where a set of placental perfusate cells is a combination of nucleus-containing cells of placental perfusate. The method for suppression of tumor cell proliferation includes contact of tumor cells with combined natural killer cells, where the specified combined natural killer cells include natural killer cells isolated from placental perfusate and natural killer cells isolated from cord blood, where cord blood is isolated from placenta, from which the specified placental perfusate is obtained.
EFFECT: above-described methods allow for effective suppression of tumor cell growth.
