FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and can be used for obtaining compositions, containing stem placental cells. Method includes: (a) obtaining adhesive placental cells in solution, including from 2% to 10% of dextran, from 2.5% to 10% of DMSO and from 4% to 10% of HSA, (b) filtration of obtained solution through 70 mcm - 100 mcm filter; (c) dilution of said cells to content not more than 10±3·106 per millimetre with solution, including from 2% to 5% of dextran, from 2.5% to 10% of DMSO and from 4% to 10% of HSA, and (d) cryopreservation of solution, containing cells. After melting, solution with cells can be diluted in ratio from 1:1 to 1:11, with second solution containing from 2% to 10% of dextran 40 and from 4% to 10% of HSA.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase viability of adhesive placental cells in cryopreservation.
