SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to prepare compositions containing adhesive placental cells. Method includes: (a) contacting the adhesive placental cells with a solution comprising dextran and human serum albumin (HSA) to produce a solution containing cells; (b) filtering the solution containing the cells through a 70 mcm–100 mcm filter; (c) diluting the solution containing the cells with a solution containing 5.5 % dextran 40, 10 % HSA and 5 % DMSO to a content of no more than about 10±3x10^6th cells/ml; (d) cryopreservation of cells; (e) thawing of cells and (f) diluting the solution containing the cells with a cell regeneration solution containing 5.5 % dextran 40 and 10 % HSA.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase viability of adhesive placental cells after cryopreservation.
