FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used for increasing degree of producing antibodies against antigen in animals. For this purpose adjuvant composition, including nanoparticles of poly-gamma-glutamic acid-chitosan, which have negatively charged surface, obtained by mixing poly-gamma-glutamic acid and chitosan in ratio 1:1-8:1, is introduced to animal, excluding people, together with antigens. Group of inventions also includes vaccine composition, which includes nanoparticles of poly-gamma-glutamic acid-chitosan, which have negatively charged surface.
EFFECT: application of nanoparticles, which have negatively charged surface and are obtained by increase of ratio of poly-gamma-glutamic acid in preparation of nanoparticles of poly-gamma-glutamic acid-chitosan, produces considerably enhanced impact on cellular immune response and production of antibodies.
