FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of antirust coating, particularly, to sealed capsule for thermodiffusion galvanising of metal parts of stepwise configuration with maximum and minimum diameters of steps. Said capsule can revolve and is provided with the cover. Note here that it accommodates at least one container. The latter is furnished with at least one cassette in length axially corresponding to capsule inner cavity length. Said cassette comprises at least two end sections and mid sections. Note here that spacing between end sections complies with axial sizes of machined parts. Cassette includes horizontal guides with spacing there between making a minimum diameter of machined parts while their depth is 3-5 mm larger than the difference between part steps maximum and minimum diameters. Said horizontal guides are equipped with vertical retainers in width some 3-5 mm larger than half the difference between said maximum and minimum diameters. Said retainers can be articulated with cassette in preparation for galvanising. Cassettes horizontal guides are clamped by rubber joints to allow invariable relative arrangement in capsule revolution. Horizontal guides are arranged so that their lengthwise axes are located parallel with capsule split plane and inscribed to circle of diameter equal to capsule ID. Distance between said horizontal guides is set to make resilient crosswise straining of machined articles caused under their gravity not exceeding 3-5 mm.
EFFECT: uniform protective zinc coating at arbitrary lengthwise sizes of machined articles and their stepped configuration.
