SUBSTANCE: non-woven material (1) is a non-woven material in which the fibrous web containing long fibres (2) is bonded using the parts (3) obtained by fusing the fibres. The non-woven material (1) comprises fibres (20) obtained by tearing parts of the long fibres (2), only one end parts (20a) of which are fixed in the parts (3) obtained by fusing the fibres. In the non-woven material (1) the part located between the parts (3, 3) obtained by fusing the fibres adjacent to each other in the direction of orientation (in the direction Y) of the long fibres (2) has a relative elongation which is 35% or more at a tensile load which is 1 cN/1 mm.

EFFECT: improvement of the properties of the non-woven material, causing a feeling of voluminosity at a touch.
