SUBSTANCE: protein milk whey micelles are administered to a subject in a daily dose equal to at least 30 g of the dry weight in a combination with food. The food contains protein milk whey isolates, native or hydrolysed milk proteins, free amino acids or their combination.
EFFECT: enhancement of muscle protein synthesis with a subject by way of provocation of delayed hyperaminoacidemia with such subject.
