SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science. A pig's stomach is opened for the purpose of conducting a pathomorphological study. The stomach is opened by incising a wall between lesser and greater curvatures stopping short of 1-2 cm to cardiac and pyloric portions.
EFFECT: technique offers the prospect of conducting the differential diagnosis, studying the pathogenesis by selecting a material of the whole mucous membrane of the cardiac and pyloric portions of the stomach with sphincters, and preserving vascular plexuses of the serous membrane.
