FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: intellectual contact-free turbidimeter contains stabiliser-vessel with input nozzle, drain system and bottom manhole, to which the solenoid flow cut-off is installed, its control input is connected with output of the measuring-control unit. At the output of the solenoid flow cut-off the free falling jet is formed, around it the elements of the contact-free sensor are arranged, they surround the jet, and are connected to the appropriate outputs of the measuring-control units. The turbidity references which number can be set by the user from 1 to 5, and made in form of the cylindrical capsules with liquid of known turbidity, are located in the direct vicinity of the jets, and are mechanically coupled with the device of references supply made in form of the disk carousel feeder with six holes, one hole is intended for jet, and other five holes are intended for turbidity references location. The disk carousel feeder is installed on the shaft mechanically coupled with the control motor drive, its control input is connected to the appropriate output of the measuring-control unit.

EFFECT: increased metrological reliability of the non-contact turbidimeter with automatic calibration feature, in which contact between the liquid and transparent optical elements, number and composition of liquid turbidity references are selected optionally, and their quality is maintained by means of the periodic mechanical actions.
