FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: extruded plastic profile is proposed with in-built insulation, as well as the method of extrusion of such product, and also the method to manufacture windows and doors from such plastic profiles. The plastic profile may additionally contain a system of coatings, causing slight heating, comprising an acrylic coating and a pigment system, which to a large extent lets infrared beams through.

EFFECT: extruded plastic profiles with in-built insulation may be recycled in a standard production process of plastic extrusion, and may be fully melted under conditions of regular production of windows and doors.
