SUBSTANCE: method for the manufacture of a flexible thermally-cured polymer distancing element, using two-component polymer, is proposed. At the same time, one component contains dehydrator powder, and the other component is a curing catalyst. Moreover, cured and continuous canvas of drying material of the distancing element enters a cutting unit with stationary knives, while the width of the distancing element is adjustable from 5 to 50 mm. a system for the manufacture of an insulating distancing element is also proposed for assembly of spaced translucent panels and formation of an insulating panel node. At the same time, the system contains: an extruder made with the possibility of formation of extrudate in the form of continuous canvas of drying material of the distancing element formed using two-component polymer; at the same time, one component of two-component polymer contains dehydrator powder, and the other component is the curing catalyst; a station of vapor barrier corrugation for the formation of a corrugated vapor barrier for the reception of extrudate; and a cutting station made with the possibility of cutting of the vapor barrier and extrudate for one or more stripes for the formation of one or more distancing elements, wherein the cutting station provides distancing elements with a width adjusted from 5 to 50 mm. A method for the manufacture of insulating distancing elements is also proposed for the assembly of spaced translucent panels and formation of an insulating panel node, implemented in accordance with the above-described system.
