FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: powder mixture contains the following components, in wt %: inert filler 55-60, activator 3-5, zinc powder - rest, at that the activator is presented by mixture of the following components, wt %: sodium fluoride 12-15, lithium chloride 20-25, ammonium chloride 10-15, zinc chloride 12-14, potassium chloride - rest. The method includes the surface pre-treatment by grit with dispersion 0.3-0.4 mm out of austenite or austenite-ferrite steel, items and saturating powder mixture loading in the container pre-heated to 100-120°C, container loading in furnace pre-heated to 100-120°C, item treatment at 420-430°C for 1 hours at continuous container rotation with speed 1-2 rpm and permanent pressure inside the container 1.8-2.2 atm, the furnace cooling to 100-120°C, items removal from the container, items cooling in water and their treatment in vibration unit by ceramic chips with passivating solution.

EFFECT: quality corrosion-resistant diffusion galvanizing coating on items out of aluminium alloys.
