SUBSTANCE: recombinant viral vector from turkey herpesvirus (HVT) containing a heterologous codon-optimized polynucleotide encoding the Newcastle disease virus polypeptide F (NDV-F) and operably linked to the SV40 promoter, as well as immunological compositions for immune response induction in an animal, and methods for immunogenic response induction and animals vaccinating against bird pathogens are proposed. The immunological compositions are multivalent and contain one or more recombinant vectors from turkey herpesvirus (HVT) containing heterologous polynucleotides encoding NDV-F, VP2 IBDV, as well as one or more recombinant SB1 vectors containing a heterologous polynucleotide encoding NDV-F.

EFFECT: proposed multivalent immunogenic compositions are effective for protection of animals against various bird pathogens without interference and can be used in vaccination against bird pathogens.
