FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to composition for control, prevention, protection or inducing of the immune response of animals against infection by the distemper virus (CDV), the expression vector and the animals vaccination method. The characterised vaccine contains the vector which is the virus vector. The named expression vector contains the first polynucleotide coding CDV HA polypeptide, and the second polynucleotide coding GM-CSF polypeptide of canids (caGM-CSF). The presented method includes injection of the composition or the vector to animals.
EFFECT: inventions allow to optimise immunological action of caGM-CSF with keeping of efficiency and safety of CDV vaccines in field conditions.
