FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: blade foil surface is prepared to coating application by electrolytic and plasma polishing in electrolyte in the form of 4 - 8% of water solution of ammonium sulfate at the voltage 260-320 V and the temperature 60-80°C. Then blades are placed into the vacuum chamber and in a single cycle the ion-implanted processing of blades is performed with the subsequent application of coating layers. Ion-implanted processing of blades is performed by ions of N, Cr, Ni, C, Y, Yd, La or their combinations. When applying the coating at first the first layer from Ni-based alloy containing Cr, Cr, Al, Y is applied then the second layer from Al-based alloy containing Y is applied. After application of coating layers the heat treatment of blades with coating is performed.
EFFECT: increase of resistance of blades to erosion and salt corrosion at simultaneous increase of conditioning and cyclic strength.
