FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and metallurgy and can be used in aircraft and power turbine engineering to protect compressor blade body against erosion and salt corrosion at operating temperatures of up to 800 °C. Method involves preparation of feather surface for coating application, application of first coating layer from Ni-based alloy containing Co, Cr, Al, Y, applying on first layer of second layer of A1-based alloy containing Y, and thermal treatment of blade with coating. At that, feather surface preparation for coating application is performed by electrolyte-plasma polishing and ion-implanted processing of blades, and then, said application of coating layers, wherein ion-implanted processing of blades is performed at energy of 0.3 to 1 Kev, by dose from 1.6·1019 cm-2 to 2·1019 cm-2, at dose rate from 0.7·1015 s-1 up to 1·1015 s-1, using N, Cr, Ni, Co, Y, Yb, La or their combination as implanted ions, and electrolyte-plasma polishing is performed at voltage of 260-320V in electrolyte containing 4-8 % aqueous solution of ammonium sulphate at temperature of 60-80 °C.
EFFECT: protection of compressor feather from erosion and salt corrosion at operating temperatures of up to 800 °C.
