FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and metallurgy and can be used in aircraft and power turbine engineering for compressor blade body protection against erosion and salt corrosion at operating temperatures of up to 800 °C. Prepared surface of blade airfoil for coating application. First coating layer is applied from Ni-based alloy containing Co, Cr, Al, Y, second layer from Al-based alloy containing Y is applied on first layer, and thermal treatment of blade with coating is performed. At that, blade airfoil surface preparation for coating application is performed by electrolyte-plasma polishing and ion-implanted processing of blades, and then, said application of coating layers, wherein ion-implanted processing of blades is performed at energy from 20 to 30 keV in dose of 1.6·1017cm-2-2·1017cm-2, at set dose rate from 0.7·1015s-1 up to 1·1015s-1, using following ions as implanted ions: N, Cr, Ni, Co, Y, Yb, La or their combination, and electrolyte-plasma polishing is performed at voltage of 260-320 V in electrolyte: 4-8 % aqueous solution of ammonium sulphate at temperature of 60-80 °C.

EFFECT: compressor blade body protection against erosion and salt corrosion at operating temperatures of up to 800 °C.
