FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of light alloys, particularly alloys based on aluminum, and can be used in production of deformed semi-products, including wire, with diameter of less than 0.3 mm from aluminum-calcium composite alloy of ingots of industrial sizes. Method of producing deformed semi-finished products from an aluminum-calcium composite alloy, having a structure consisting of an aluminum matrix containing Al3(Zr, Sc)-L12 phase nanoparticles with size of not more than 20 nm in amount of not less than 0.4 vol%, and uniformly distributed in aluminum matrix of eutectic intermetallic phases, containing calcium, silicon and iron, having average size of not more than 1 mcm in amount of not less than 16 vol%.

EFFECT: obtained by such method materials have high level of physical and mechanical properties: tensile strength of at least 250 MPa, elongation of not less than 3,5 % and specific electric conductivity of not less than 46 IACS.
