SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for examination of functional condition of vocal folds. Complex contains: terminal device of individual with placed in it module for recording individual's voice signal, module of control of voice signal recording, made with possibility of selecting sampling frequency and duration of vocal signal recording, calculation module, made with possibility of converting recorded vocal signal from analogue into digital signal, module of information display on monitor of individual's terminal device, obtained from unit of voice signal analysis, made with possibility of determination for recorded voice signal of parameter, which characterises nonlinear nature of voice signal, and at least one parameter from the group, which characterises "Jitter" and/or "Shimmer" effect, and/or physiological properties of vocal folds, and/or level of noise in voice signal, with the following building of vector in N-dimensional space of parameters of individual's voice signal.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of diagnostics of individual health condition by voice signal parameters.
