SUBSTANCE: scleral-muscular ring is formed by removing cornea and cutting out slceral disc from back eye pole, 2-4 notches are applied on ring walls, implant is introduced. Material from polytetrafluoroethylene "Ecoflon" is applied as implant. Scleral disc is sutured by uninterrupted suture with seizure of notches to front part of scleral-muscular ring.
EFFECT: method ensures good mobility, stump voluminosity, necessary sealing of scleral wound, which prevents exposure of implant, reduces trauma and reduces time for operation performance.
