SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to imaging device exploiting the electrographic imaging or electrostatic recording process. Proposed set of inventions includes the image heaters. These include rotary heating element configured to heat image formed by imaging toner on the sheet. There is belt assembly including endless belt configured to heat rotary heating element via contact with rotary heater outer surface. There is the supporting element configured to support said endless belt and to revolve therewith. Detection unit is configured to detect if said endless belt stays beyond the limits of predefined zone along said endless belt. There is the inclination mechanism configured to incline the belt assembly in direction that causes the endless belt return to predefined zone on the basis of detection unit output.

EFFECT: higher stability of imaging.
