SUBSTANCE: invention relates to imaging and to cartridge assembly. The latter comprises cartridge to be fitted in imager for imaging on recording material. Note here that imager comprises imaging unit, support for multiple cartridges, first positioning part, first adjusting part and second positioning part. Said support element is displaced from second position to first position to make first positioning part and said first adjusting part engage with appropriate cartridge. Said second positioning part is spaced from said appropriate cartridge. Note here that said support element is displaced from the first position to second position to make said first positioning part and said first adjusting part spaced from appropriate cartridge while said second positioning part engages with said appropriate cartridge.

EFFECT: high accuracy of cartridge positioning in the device main assembly and lower costs.
