FIELD: personal appliances.
SUBSTANCE: toilet product dispenser (1) comprises an outer case (2) pivotally attached or detachably attached to a back (3). The dispenser (1) is provided with a dispensing opening, comprises a compartment (4) between the outer case (2) and back (3) for arranging the dispensable toilet product in the form of a toilet roll. The toilet roll is arranged on a holder (8) attached to the dispenser (1) comprising an inner closing device (6) arranged inside the compartment (4), which comprises a closing cylinder (7) arranged inside the toilet roll holder (8).
EFFECT: closing device is arranged to be accessible when the outer case is open, and attachable to the dispensable toilet product to the dispenser so as to prevent the unauthorised removal of the toilet product from the dispenser.
