FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: protein component is represented by insoluble soya bean remains with moisture content equal to 30-32%; such remains are obtained during production of soya bean protein base by way of milling soya beans with moisture content equal to 60-65% in water medium; the carbohydrate wood component is represented by saw dust of aspen or poplar at a ratio of 1:1; one proceeds with subsequent granulation and drying till moisture content is equal to 10-12% which allows to produce a rabbit fodder product with increased biological value due to presence of full value proteins containing all the 8 indispensable amino acids as well as vitamin E contained in the insoluble soya bean remains fats. Additionally, aspen or poplar cellulose most completely satisfy rabbits' physiological needs.
EFFECT: product biological value increase and such product losses decrease by way of granulation.
