SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing soybean oil and vitamin components in appropriate proportions. The soybean component is used as insoluble soybean residue at the moisture content of 59-61%, obtained in the production of soybean protein substrate by aqueous extraction of soybean protein from crushed seeds of soybean, and the vitamin - softwood flour with the moisture content of 5-7% taken at a ratio of 1:1, followed by forming the granules and their drying to the moisture content of 10-12%.
EFFECT: increase in the antioxidant activity of protein-vitamin product.
