The control pulses at the non-adjustable angle β supplied in each half-period to one respective pair of the controlled valves at the outermost circuits of the respective areas are supplied with time delay regarding the non-adjustable angle β to the value of the opening angle γ1 for the respective controlled valve in the middle circuit of the previous area.
