SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of camptothecin, selected from the group, consisting of:CPT1: 9-tert-butyloxyethyloxim-10-[(4'-piperidinylpiperidinyl)carbonyloxy]camptothecin; CPT2: 9-tert-butyloxyethyloxim-10-hydroxycamptothecin; CPT3: 9-tert-butyloxyethyloxim -10-fluorocanptothecin; CPT7: 9-tert-butyloxyethyloximcamptothecin; and CPT8: 9-tert-butyloxyethyloxim-10-acetoxycamptothecin, or their salts, pharmaceutical compositions, possessing antitumour activity, based on said compounds and to their application.
EFFECT: compounds have good water solubility and stability, as well as high selectivity among other medications of the same category, very large therapeutic index and thereupon are perspective for application as therapeutic means for tumour treatment.
