FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum sensor comprises a body, a coaxial cylindrical anode, disc cathodes and a magnetic system made of two disc permanent magnets, which together with the coaxial cylindrical anode and disc cathodes are placed in the body of the sensor with holes. The coaxial cylindrical anode is made with holes, inside the coaxial cylindrical anode on disc cathodes there are disc permanent magnets, and each pair of disc cathodes and disc magnets is fixed to each other and fixed inside the cylindrical anode by dielectric holders. Upper and lower dielectric holders are made of fluoroplastic or material with similar dielectric properties, the lower dielectric holder with terminals for high voltage supply is installed on the base, which is fixed to the body by screws, and air cavities between the body and the upper dielectric holder and the base and the lower dielectric holder are filled with sealant.
EFFECT: increased electric strength and vibration strength of vacuum sensor design.
