FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method includes mould making by plastic material pressing to checked surface with further separation of the made mould from the checked surface and parameters determination of the cutting microrelief as per irregularities of the contact surface of the mould, according to the invention simultaneously with mould making the elastic abrasive tool is deformed by pressing of the heated plastic material to the surface of the elastic abrasive tool through the rigid, metal plate simulating shape of the treated surface with force necessary to deform the elastic abrasive tool by 0.5-5 mm.

EFFECT: increased quality of moulds in terms of irregularities filling and accuracy increasing of the parameter values of the cutting microrelief of the elastic abrasive tool, corresponding to its deformed state during treatment.
