SUBSTANCE: method comprises cultivating the recombinant strain Escherichia coli RNCIM B-6519 on a medium containing a source of amino nitrogen, a source of vitamins, salt components and glucose, with stirring and aeration. The control of pH level and the optical density or dissolved oxygen level and the optical density is carried out through stagewise glucose inflow based on 2-3 g/dm³ of culture fluid and 10-12% yeast extract solution at the rate of 3-4 g/dm³ of culture fluid. Upon reaching the optical density of 3 to 3.5 units, the alcohol solution of isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactoside is added in a concentration of 8 to 12 mg/dm³. Extraction, purification, drying of the protein solution and making the oil suspension of the preparation is carried out. The resulting preparation additionally comprises bee wax, vitamins A and E, and has a stimulating effect on milk and meat productivity of farm animals.
