FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Relieving dynamic intervertebral device consists of two plates interacting with each other. Shaped support for bone elements of vertebrae is made on one end of each plate. One of plates is provided with double open-end unit, the other one with insert. Unit is provided with pins on inner unit surfaces. Pins are located in respective shaped slots of insert, which provides rotation and rotation with sliding of plates, which cross each other in open device position. Device is provided with mechanism blocking rotation of plates in closed position.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of surgical invasiveness in dissection of soft tissues from two sides of spine and in destruction of supraspinous ligament or its separation from processes.
