FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an interspinous vertebral distractor/device for interspinous vertebral distraction/procedure for interspinous vertebral distraction. An interspinous vertebral distractor configured to be placed between two spinous processes and forming a longitudinal axis, which is the line of intersection of the vertical and horizontal planes, wherein the distractor contains a base body, a fastening block and an actuator. The device for interspinous distraction contains an interspinous vertebral distractor forming a longitudinal axis and a control element for the distractor. A method of interspinous vertebral distraction including providing an interspinous vertebral distractor configured to be placed between two spinous processes and forming a longitudinal axis, which is the line of intersection of the vertical and horizontal planes, wherein the distractor contains a base body configured to be placed between two spinous processes and forming a first end and a second end relative to the longitudinal axis, a fastening block attached to the base body at the first end and configured to expand perpendicular to a horizontal plane, an actuator configured to control the transition of the fastening block between an expanded position in which the fastening block holds the distractor between the two spinous processes, and a compressed position for penetration between the spinous processes, the base of the body has a section in a vertical plane with two opposing convexities forming a profile with two recesses located on opposite sides relative to the horizontal plane, each of which is configured to accommodate one of the two spinous processes, the said method includes a placement stage, an installation stage and an expansion stage, and at the placement stage, the distractor is installed with the horizontal plane of the distractor parallel to the frontal plane of the patient and moved along the longitudinal axis, bringing the distractor into contact with the two spinous processes; at the installation stage, the distractor is rotated around the longitudinal axis to position the horizontal plane of the distractor is perpendicular to the frontal plane of the patient and, thus, the location of the spinous processes in the recesses of the distractor, and during the expansion stage, the actuator controls the transition of the fastening block to the expanded position to hold the distractor between the two spinous processes.
EFFECT: obtaining interspinous vertebral distractor that is easy to install and stabilize after implantation.
