FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to X-ray radiation detectors. X-ray detector (1) comprises the following functional components. Device (3) detects light (R) falling on detection surface (12). Scintillation ply (5) converts incident X-rays (X) into light. Ply (9) reflects light (B) generated within scintillation ply in direction toward light detector. Light emitting ply (7) is arranged between scintillation ply and reflective ply. Note here that distance (d) between scintillation ply and reflective ply is smaller than 50 mcm. Note here that said light emitting ply incorporates OLED (8).
EFFECT: better spatial uniformity of radiation and resolution.
