FIELD: image forming device.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generation of images, particularly, to sensitive to vertical radiation detectors one and/or many energies. Matrix sensitive to vertical radiation detectors includes at least one detector plate. Detector plate includes array of scintillators, including, at least, top side which receives radiation, bottom side and rear side, and circuit board photo sensors, including photosensitive region which is optically connected to rear side of array of scintillators. Detector plate additionally comprises processing electronics, arranged under matrix scintillators, flexible circuit board electrically connecting photosensitive area and processing electronics, and screen for protection from radiation, located under lower part of matrix scintillators between scintillator and processing electronic equipment, thereby protecting processing electronics from residual radiation passing through array of scintillators.
