FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry and can be used for heat transfer. A heat-conducting cylinder intended to be installed in a heat accumulator is provided with a variety of U-shaped pipelines and made so that heat insulation is located between the end for the fluid medium inlet and the end for the fluid medium outlet of each of the variety of U-shaped pipelines; with that, two or more radially arranged sections of a U-shaped pipeline are installed inside the heat-conducting cylinder and separated from each other and have internal passages that are not interconnected with each other inside the heat-conducting cylinder. A heat-insulating device is made from a heat-insulating structure and includes a body that shall be placed between pipeline segments near the first end for fluid medium inlet and outlet of each of the U-shaped pipelines that are installed near an axial core of a columnar pipeline body and pipeline segments near the second end for fluid medium inlet and outlet of each of the U-shaped pipelines, which will considerably reduce heat energy losses caused by heat conductivity between adjacent pipeline segments.

EFFECT: reduction of heat energy losses.
