FIELD: electrical energy storage/discharge devices with low-resistance current-collecting system.

SUBSTANCE: novelty is that electrode plate of device has two or more current-collecting taps to form two or more current input and output circuits for reducing internal resistance; mentioned two or more current-collecting taps of electrode plates are essentially current-collecting taps outwardly protruding on electrode plate sides, or in the form of solid or hollow tubular conducting bars made of round, square, or other geometry inserted in reach-through holes made in electrode plates of electrical energy storage/discharge device for interconnecting like-polarity plates to form parallel circuit or for connecting unlike-polarity electrode plates to form series circuit, or to form combination of series and parallel circuits.

EFFECT: reduced internal resistance.
