FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a fast replacement of fluidising nozzles. Fast replacement of fluidising nozzles provided with caps secured to rings fitted thereon to extend radially from feed pipe vertical section includes the steps that follow. Tool is driven to slide along the ring to the point of joint between nozzle cap and ring. Appropriate tool is used to release the nozzle cap. Nozzle cap is removed. Top part of vertical section is cut off. Replacement vertical section is prepared. Vertical replacement section is kept at position suitable for orientation in welding. Vertical replacement section is welded to remainder of vertical section. Nozzle replacement cap is arranged at vertical section to rest on and retained by the ring. Nozzle cap is secured to said ring.
EFFECT: simplified replacement.
