FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for post-treatment of tap, artesian, well and other kinds of drinking water. Water cleaner comprises sequentially arranged in one longitudinal vessel (1) water freezing zone with annular freezing chamber (2), zone of displacement of impurities from ice and zone of concentration of impurities in the form of brine, zone of transition of water from solid state into liquid one with annular heating element (13), separate branch pipes to discharge brine and melted drinking water (12) located in lower part of vessel, drive for frozen water rod (3), as well as disengaging gear made up of tube (11) with annular cutting part. Drive of frozen water rod (3) is made in form of piston (4) with rod (5) with linear actuator, at that, piston (4) has openings (6) for supply of water to freezing zone. Longitudinal vessel (1) has cover (7), in centre of which there is screw connection (8) with rod (5) of piston (4), bottom (10), in centre of which is fixed pipe (11) with annular cutting part. Wall of vessel (1) freezing zone has longitudinal slot (14) filled with rubber sealing, with possibility of deformation of longitudinal vessel walls (1) during freezing water.

EFFECT: invention provides increasing in water purifier efficiency.
