SUBSTANCE: invention describes the hybrid protein based on mutant recombinant L-asparaginase of bacteria Wolinella succinogenes with lowered glutaminase activity and increased resistance to effect of trypsin linked with N-end amino-acid sequence heparin-binding peptide. The invention relates also to strains-producers and to the method of producing of this hybrid protein.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of hybrid proteins based on asparaginase with anticancer activity.
